Last week we learnt how to configure price bands for your delivery charges. This week we will learn how to configure weight bands. This way to configure delivery charges is especially useful if you sell heavy items.
Click on the “transport” tab and the “weight band” sub tab. Click on “add new” and complete the amount for your first band. Repeat for all the weight bands you require. Go back to the “transport” tab and tick “dependent on total weight” in the “invoice” section. A new one called “charge” will appear and you can choose your courier. Then all you need to do is configure the delivery charges for each of your weight bands and geographical areas!
